Entrepreneurs hire Lesley Nase to get to the CORE of communication because most fail to speak the language of their listener and are missing out on connections, relationships and resolutions to maximize success. So, she helps break down barriers to leverage conversations, for collaborations and conversions.

Lesley is the Creator and CEO of ‘Intuitive Animal Healing’ a Communication Specialist, a Spiritual Advisor for C suite CEOs with a certification in CORE Communication for businesses. She is the host of the ‘Client Whispers’ podcast and TV show on the Billionaires Network and Pelucha TV. Lesley is the host of ‘Books, Yarns & Tails’ TV show that streams on Apple TV, Amazon Fire, and Roku.

The power of the ideal client avatar

Lynn and Lesley begin the conversation by defining “high quality leads” as people who match your ideal client avatar. These are people who need what you’re offering, and they’re motivated to accept your solutions. Knowing your ideal client avatar, and therefore who counts as a high quality lead, allows you to speak their language.

Next, Lesley explains the importance of effective outreach in building your business. Simply put, you can’t grow if you’re not getting more customers. Luckily, you know who your ideal client avatar is. This allows you to design a strategy to reach the high quality leads you’re seeking. You know where they are (physically and virtually), and you know how they like to communicate. Use that knowledge!

Lynn advises business owners and entrepreneurs like you to do a deep dive on your product or service to know all the ways it helps people. How does it help at the individual level? How about the team unit level? Both are important to benefitting your leads’ businesses. Also be sure to know yourself and what you bring that’s unique. Next, take all that knowledge and channel it into communicating to your leads how your solution enables them to reach their goals.

The conversation then moves into the best ways to reach out to your high quality leads. Don’t be afraid to think outside the box! There are social channels, yes, but also live events, print and virtual publications, and trainings. What about joining specific groups on Facebook or LinkedIn? Have you seen any in-person or online meetup events catering to your ideal customer avatar? Choose the most effective outreach channels to find your high quality leads.

Lynn then extols the benefits of repurposing content to reach potential leads. She reveals that a video interviewing discussing a particular pain point can be repurposed in 122 ways. Imagine: a written blog post, an audio podcast of the interview, social media posts with excerpts and highlights. Each of these is another way to reach high quality leads, who likely have varying preferences for consuming content. It might sound like a major time committment, but it actually saves valuable hours by reducing time spent inventing new ideas.

So, what can you do to get started on more effective outreach to high quality leads? The conversation ends with advice that you can implement right now: Write out what you know about your ideal client avatar. What do they need, want, and lack? Why does this matter to them? What are their goals? Thinking like your client is the best way to know how to reach them, so get writing!
