REFUNDS FOR COURSES & PROGRAMS
If you are unhappy with your Petite2Queen course or program, that makes us sad to hear. We would never want you to be unhappy! If you enroll in a course or program, watch all the lessons, participate in the weekly Q&A sessions, and complete and document the action steps, you’ll be amazed at how well these tools work or your money back. Just submit your work, and if we can’t help you reboot your mind, you’ll receive a full refund.
Students are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Unfortunately, any students requesting a refund beyond the specified period will not be refunded.
PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS Petite2Queen will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased on petite2queen.com. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse worn merchandise. Returned merchandise should be packed in its original packaging – both the product box and outside shipping carton, if the outside shipping carton is in suitable condition. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returned merchandise.

If you are returning a purchase shipped overseas, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
