REFUNDS FOR MEMBERSHIPS
If you are unhappy with your Petite2Queen membership, that makes us sad to hear. Please contact us to request a refund.
Yearly members are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Bi-Annual members are eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase.
Monthly members are eligible for a refund within 5 days of purchase.
Unfortunately, any members requesting a refund beyond the specified period will not be refunded.
COMPLIANCE ISSUES
We do not provide refunds for memberships that were terminated due to a compliance issue.
Be sure to read and understand our Terms of Use. We reserve the right to disable or deactivate any membership if our Compliance Team finds that a user has abused our system in any way.

PRODUCT RETURNS

PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
Petite2Queen will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased on petite2queen.com. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse worn merchandise. Returned merchandise should be packed in its original packaging – both the product box and outside shipping carton, if the outside shipping carton is in suitable condition. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returned merchandise.

If you are returning a purchase shipped overseas, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
