Industry leaders, family leaders, and entrepreneurs hire Dr. Ruth to win back their energy and time doing what they love by boosting their brain power and performance, because most are chained to their past, don’t use the right tools and techniques, and have never measured and optimized their unique brain.

We kick off our conversation with Ruth’s origin story, including what got her into brain health. Why is mental health so important to her? Ruth shares what inspired her pursuit of helping others and why she aids such a range of individuals in their own mental health. Ruth also outlines her process for uncovering past pain and working through it to get to a more positive outcome.

All of us face obstacles, and Ruth focuses in particular on the internal roadblocks that arise, often in response to external factors. She describes how she has overcome hurdles and how she helps her clients do the same. She helps people get to a place of mental well-being, which in turn leads to happier relationships, better results at work, and more.

To finish our conversation, Dr. Ruth shares her tips how to actively practice brain health now.
