The “Entry-Level” Catch-22 That Plagues New Workers

How much experience does an “entry-level” job require? How much experience SHOULD one require? The catch-22 of needing relevant experience before you can get your first job is having drastic long-term effects on today’s young workers, but it’s also detrimental to companies. This issue needs to end for once and for all. We need paying jobs for all job candidates in all fields.
